It does look good. Do you have trouble getting the kids to eat the way mom and dad do? My youngest son loves anything but my oldest is very very picky….. like is dear old dad. : )

Lynn, my youngest would eat anything mom and dad eat. And she likes all kinds of veggies! My oldest is a little picky but not as much as the 2nd! We all enjoyed this soup, except for her.

But yesterday, she discovered (and was so proud) that onion and spinach are good when they are cooked.

This morning, she called daddy at work just to tell him that she ate the (bread) crust. First time ever!

And I have to give these kids credit ‘coz they love tofu and falafel:) lol
